NIA Recruitment 2023 : The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has issued an official notification inviting applications from retired Police Officers and Officials who are interested and eligible for the position of Investigation Expert (Consultant) at NIA.
As per the NIA Recruitment 2023 notification, there are a total of 05 vacancies available for this post. The remuneration for selected candidates will be determined by deducting their basic pension from the last pay received at the time of retirement.
It’s important to note that no other allowances will be applicable, although TA/DA will be provided for official tours. Applicants should be below 65 years of age and must hold a graduation degree.
Additionally, a minimum of 10 years of experience in handling criminal investigation cases, intelligence work, or counter-terrorism is required.
According to the official notification, the selected candidates will be posted at the NIA Branch Office located in Hyderabad. The initial appointment will be for a period of 01 year, with the possibility of extension for up to 05 years or until the candidate reaches the age of 65 years, whichever comes earlier.
The selection of suitable candidates will be based on an interview conducted by the committee.
Interested candidates can directly participate in a walk-in interview at the NIA Branch Office in Madhapur, Hyderabad (Telangana), as specified in the official notification.
During the interview, candidates must bring the duly filled application form and all the relevant documents mentioned in the notification.
